These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of all content, features, and services provided by Beauty Junky Monkey (the "Company"). By accessing or using the Company’s website and video tutorials, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on the Company’s website or by any form of electronic communication, including but not limited to video tutorials, images, audio, text, graphics, logos, and software (collectively, the “Content”), is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.
The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the Content for personal, non-commercial use. No Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Content provided by the Company, including all video tutorials, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client is advised to consult a licensed healthcare professional if they experience any adverse effects after beginning any new skincare routine or using any products mentioned in the tutorials.
By using the Content of the Company, the Client expressly acknowledge and agree that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client releases the Company from all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Company’s website or Content.
4. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, on a solicitor and client basis, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (collectively, the “Losses”) arising out of or in any way connected with their use of the Content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
In the event that the Client provides the Company’s content to any third-party, the Client agrees to indemnify, on a solicitor and client basis, and defend the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all Losses arising out of or in any way connected to the Client having provided the Company’s Content to a third-party.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, and you hereby irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of such courts.
6. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to the website. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to stay informed.
