At Beauty JM, transparency isn’t just a value—it’s a lived experience.
Before launching Beauty JM, I spent over a decade working as a police officer. But long before that, skincare was already a part of who I was. I became a certified Aesthetician in my early 20s, working in spas, building my own business, and even educating others at tradeshows across the country.
Just as I was preparing to open a spa of my own, I followed a long-held dream to serve my community as a police officer—a path that taught me more about people, pressure, and perspective than any classroom ever could.
But I never let go of my passion for skincare. In fact, it was the thing that kept me grounded through it all.
From Passion Project to Global Skincare Platform
Over the years, I dove back into skincare with fresh eyes—researching ingredients, testing products, and sharing what I was learning online. I noticed that no one was really teaching skincare in a meaningful, honest way.
So I started doing it myself.
What began as a few routine recommendations quickly grew into thousands. Today, Beauty JM has supported over 2,000 clients worldwide and been featured in:

As an independent, I work for no one—I belong to me.
I don’t partner with brands. I don’t take sponsorship deals. Because the moment you become a paid spokesperson, your advice loses objectivity.
Don’t get me wrong—I have my favorite products. But I also believe that most brands have one standout product that can truly make a difference. And if you stick to just one product line, you limit your ability to serve people with real, effective solutions.
That’s why I stay neutral. I’m constantly researching, testing, and analyzing skincare products and ingredients—not based on hype, but based on how they actually perform.
MY RULE IS SIMPLE:
It has to work, and I have to love it, or I won’t recommend it.
